Brian established Davison & Associates in May 2009 building on an excellent reputation and a foundation of over 30 years knowledge of the claims business. Having an in-depth understanding with a genuine passion, Brian identified the need in the Northern Ireland insurance market for a rapid response commercial claims management service.
Beginning his insurance career in the late 70’s working as a Loss Adjuster where he gained a vast amount of valuable experience in all areas of property, motor and liability claims. He then progressed to a broker’s environment where he was Director of a large claims department and specialised in major losses.

Having been with Davison & Associates from day one, Kathrine enjoys her challenging and varied participation within the business and enthusiastically looks forward to further expansion and growth. Understanding the importance of professional development, Kathrine is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and currently working towards her ACII exams.

Tracey commenced her career in the insurance industry joining a Belfast based Brokers in 1996. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to handle a variety of claims from property, motor and liability to the more complex personal injury, industrial disease and major loss claims.
Joining Davison & Associates in 2011, Tracey brings over 20 years experience in the preparation and presentation of claims. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and obtained DIP CII (claims) through completion of Society of Claims Technicians.

Aaron is the newest addition to Davison & Associates and is already proving to be a valuable member of the team. With a background in Customer Service one of his primary concerns is the clients’ experience, something we believe is vital in claims management.
He is educated to a degree level and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurers, currently working towards his Cert ClI, to improve upon his own technical knowledge. He is quickly learning how to guide a variety of claims through to completion with consistent ‘hands-on’ experience.
